Well, the Freeport campaign blog is hobbling back to life on a new domain. See http://fnord.kevyspice.org for a slightly more thorough description of the Leafyhost mess. While they still haven’t recovered my old MySQL database, I did manage to snag most of the Freeport campaign blog entries from teh Google’s massive intarweb cache. The tens of thousands of words of session summaries are now copied to a set of text files on my hard drive *and* on my webspace. Let’s hope Hostgator’s backups are a bit more reliable than Leafyhost’s…
